Obituary for Katy Moore Ms. Katy Moore, 32, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018 in Kentucky from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Born February 19, 1986 in Wilmington, NC, Katy is the daughter of Ken and Janet Moore of Conway. She was on staff with Kentucky Downs, working in bookkeeping and security.

Katy was working toward a Bachelors Degree in Business at the University of Western Kentucky. She was predeceased by her paternal grandfather, John Luman Moore, Sr and her maternal grandparents, James B. Kermon and Frances “Pat” Kermon-Oliphant. Survivors include her parents, Ken and Janet Moore of Conway; her sister, Cindy Moore; her brother, James Moore; her grandmother, Virginia C. Moore; and several aunts, uncles, and other extended family.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM Friday, June 15, 2018 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel, officiated by Rev. John Holmes. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery.
