Obituary for Cat Duy Vu Cat Duy Vu Mr. Cat Duy Vu, born on June 14, 1965 in Vietnam, to the late Lien Thi Dao and the late Can Duy Vu, passed away at age 52 on June 7, 2018. He was in the Restaurant Industry as a chef. He was the owner of Koto Express Japanese Restaurant.

Cat was the beloved husband of Donna Elaine Vu. He is survived by his son, Lance Donavan Vu; daughter, Brooke Catarina Vu; brothers, Co Duy Vu, Can Duy Vu, and Tuan Vu; and sisters, Thuy Vu Lapointe and Chung Vu, his nephews and nieces; and other relatives. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Cat Duy Vu Fund at Conway National Bank.

Friends and family can pay their respects at the funeral mass on Monday, June 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Saint Michaels Church, 542 Cypress Avenue, Murrells Inlet, South Carolina, 29576. The committal of his urn will follow the 12:00 mass on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at St. Michael Catholic Church Columbarium. Goldfinch Funeral Home Beach Chapel in Murrells Inlet is handling the arrangements.
