Richard’s Obituary Taylor, Richard G. Sr. 90 of Wood-Ridge formerly of Passaic on 10/8/18. Beloved husband of the late Dolores (nee Ward) Taylor (2015). Loving father of Richard Jr. and his wife Aleta of Saddle River, Patricia David of Monclair and Kathleen Taylor-Rossettini and her wife Mary of Clifton.

Caring grandfather to Brian Taylor, Teri Taylor & (Hamed) Farahani, Jill Taylor, Chrissy (Sean) Wefers, Aaron (Emily) and Zachary David. Dear great grandfather to Matthew Wefers and Marc Farahani, also his companion and caregivers, Irena Kuchta and Adrine MacIntosh. Before retiring in 2008 Richard was an Executive/Secretary-Treasurer for Machinery Service Corp.

and Rapid Pump & Meter Service Co., Inc. in Paterson. A Veteran of the US Army, Parishioner of Assumption R.C. Church in Wood-Ridge. He also was awarded The Francis Medal form the Province of the Most Holy Name of Jesus, Order of Friars Minor, June 2018.

Dick was also known to be a avid gardener, having one of the most beautiful gardens in Wood-Ridge. Funeral Fri. 10AM from Kohler Funeral Home 280 Hackensack St. Wood-Ridge.

Mass 10:30am Assumption R.C. Church. Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery Lodi. Visiting Thur.

4-8pm. . Donations to Villa Marie Claire Hospice, 12 W. Saddle River Rd.
