Richard S. Roby, Jr., 68, of Utica passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Daviess County on October 8, 1950 to the late Richard and Marion Mordock Roby, Sr. Richard was retired from Green River Steel. Richard is survived by his wife, Rose Roby, his sons, William Roby, Hubert Roby, Rick Roby; his daughter, Julie Miller; his brothers, Donald Roby, Mike Roby; and his sisters, Becky Clark and Sally Griffith.

Services will be 11:00 am Monday, June 3, 2019 at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory, with Father Suneesh Matthew officiating. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Sunday, and again Monday from 9:00 am until the time of service at the funeral home.
