BOUCHER, Rita M., (Levesque), 88, of Collier Way, Coventry, passed away at Kent Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, May 23, 2018. She was beloved wife for 62 years to Joseph O. Boucher. Originally from Jonquiere, Quebec, Canada, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Hermien (Desbiens) Levesque.

Rita was a loving mother and wife. Later in life she was employed at Leviton Corp, Garland Pen Company then retiring from Victor Electric in 1988. She enjoyed visiting her family and friends in the area but also visiting her family in Canada.

She was a huge Montreal Canadiens fan and enjoyed playing cards. Besides her husband she is survived by three children, Yvon J. Boucher of West Warwick, Susan M. Boucher of West Greenwich and Daniel J. Boucher and his spouse H. Russell Long of Norton, MA; three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by thirteen siblings.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, June 9, 2018 at 10:00 am in St. Vincent dePaul Church, 6 St. Vincent dePaul Street, Coventry. Interment will be private. Visiting hours are respectfully omitted.
