Moessner, 66, of Rockford passed away Thursday, February 14, 2019. Born February 16, 1952 in Beloit, the daughter of Robert and Vera (Belk) Moessner. Employed by Salvation Army for 20 years.

He was kind and thoughtful and will be missed by all who knew him. Survivors include sister, Robyn (James) Zaher; cousin, Jane (Fr. Andrew) Zbeeb; partner for 24 years, Loretta and her children, Kelly, Lisa and Dennis; several grandchildren; loving cat, Princess.

Predeceased by parents and son, Jeremy. Memorial Service, 10:00 a.m Thursday February 21, 2019 in Delehanty Funeral Home, Ltd. 401 River Lane, Loves Park. In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
