Robert’s Obituary Eliot – Robert B. Mason died peacefully in his home February 7, 2019. He was born May 11, 1939 in Lowell, Massachusetts to parents Arthur and Hilda (Stalker) Mason. Robert was a graduate of RW Traip Academy, class of 1959.

Robert had a passion for antique cars, enjoying many cars shows over the years. He loved flea markets, being with friends, his neighborhood and his cats. An avid outdoorsman he enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors.

Robert was a jack-of-all trades. Before serving his country in the US Army Reserves, he spent time as a janitor for Kittery schools. He was a creative and talented machinist, working at Textron Automotive Company for 35 years.

He was predeceased by two older brothers; Norman A. Mason, and Richard E. Mason. Robert is survived by his younger brother Arthur H. and wife Gwen Mason of Berwick; nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind Wendell Dunham of Milo, ME, and Roberta Laxton of Fairmont, W. VA.
