Obituary for Robert Earl Hunt Robert Earl Hunt, 71, of Chesterfield, passed away on September 26, 2018 at his residence. He was born on April 1, 1947 in Lima, Ohio and resided in Detroit, but most recently he lived in the Anderson / Chesterfield area. Bob graduated from Anderson Highland High School and Ball State University.

He served his country in the United States Navy for four years. He worked for Ford Motor Company, and he retired from Johnson Rubber Products in Sales and Sales Consulting. He played Basketball at Anderson Highland and lettered all four years, and at Ball State University.

He was an avid golfer. He was a member of the PGA Michigan Section, and he almost qualified for the Senior PGA Tour. Bob is survived by his daughters, Stacy (Jeff) McConnell, Stephanie (Kent) Farra; grandchildren, Marielle McConnell, Maye McConnell, Ashlyn Farra, Jaxon Farra; and his brother, Bill Hunt.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Virginia (Winders) Vankleek; and his father, Earl Hunt. Family services will be held at a later date. Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory has been entrusted with Bob’s arrangements.
