Obituary for Kimberly Ann Wheat Kimberly Ann Wheat, 59, of Anderson, passed away on Thursday November 22, 2018 at the Middletown Nursing & Rehab. Center Middletown. She was born October 15, 1959 in Anderson to William Arthur and Mary Imajean (Hildenbrand) Wheat.

Kimberly graduated from Frankton High School and went on to graduate Cum Laude from Ball State University with a degree in social work. Kimberly worked as an care coordinator for Open Door Community Services, Inc. in Muncie, and later worked for Reid Health Memorial Hospital Hospice in Richmond. She also worked as a financial coach for Pathstone Corp.

in Muncie. Kimberly loved music and was a member of the Sweet Adelines, Muncie Chapter. She also enjoyed photography and was always snapping pictures of family and friends.

She is survived by her mother, Mary Hildenbrand of Anderson; sister-in-law, Kay Wheat; niece, Devin Wheat of Pendleton; aunts, Carol Bland and Virginia Moberly both of Anderson, Esther (Bill) Harbin of Franklin and Margaret Mullins of Texas; several cousins and her best friends at work, Annette Phillips and Chris Allen, both of Muncie. The family would like to thank the wonderful nurses and staff of Middletown Nursing and Rehab Center for their wonderful care of Kimberly and a special thank you to her friend, Debbie Phipps. Kimberly is preceded in death by her father, William Wheat; brother, Mike Wheat; sister, Julie (Wheat) Wisner; nephews, Michael Adam Wheat, Christopher Wisner; and aunt, Mildred Hildenbrand.

A Memorial Service for Kimberly will be held on Friday Nov. 30, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. with Chris Allen officiating. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. until the time of service at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 W. 53rd Street Anderson.
