Obituary for Mary M. (Wynn) Denny Mary M. (Wynn) Denny, 97, of Anderson, passed away on November 24, 2018 at her residence. She was born on December 20, 1920 in Pennington Gap, Virginia. Mary graduated from Pennington Gap High School in 1938.

She worked for Bendix Radio in Baltimore, MD for over 20 years. She was an avid sports fan, and especially loved spending time with her family. Mary is survived by her loving son, James Denny, Sr. of Anderson; grandson, James (Kayla Byrne) Denny, Jr. of Anderson; granddaughters, Christi Denny-Patterson of Pendleton and Amy Cain of Muncie; great-grandchildren, Tyler Denny, Kenzie Denny, Brinklee Denny, Braylee Denny, Breonna Patterson, Jacob Moreno, Justin Moreno, Jordan Moreno, and Nathan Moreno; and two great-great-grandchildren.

Also surviving are her two sisters, Sue Hall and Mimi (Arland) Davis; several nieces and nephews, and many friends who loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harold Denny; parents, Kemp and Pearl (Kelly) Wynn; siblings, Betty Taylor, Nannette Green, James Wynn, and Olin Wynn; and great-grandson, Bryce Patterson. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
