OBITUARY Robert L. Sutton Sr. December 28, 1940 – January 4, 2019 Robert L. Sutton Sr., 78 of Louisville, passed away January 4, 2019. He was the son of the late George and Stella Mae Sutton. Robert worked as a truck driver for Sentinel Transportation.

He was also a member of the Teamster Local 89. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his daughter: Jeannie Sutton and his granddaughter: Michelle Kessinger. Robert is survived by his sons: Robert “Robby” (Cindy) Sutton Jr. and David (Melissa) Sutton; his grandchildren: Robert (Katelyn) Bennett, Katie Sutton, Robert Sutton III, Sara Sutton, and Gwyneth “Gwynnie” Reid; and his three great-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 7 PM Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at Arch L Heady at Resthaven Funeral Home 4400 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40218. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1-7 PM at the funeral home.
