Beloved husband of the late Mary Jo Smith; step-father of Jessica Mudock, Donald Blair, and David Blair; grandfather of Stephanie Meadows, James Fraley, Jordon Murdock, and Destiny Bowers. Relatives and friends may visit at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc. 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd.

on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9pm, where a Funeral Service will be held Monday at 10:00am. Interment following at Glen Haven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in his memory to the American Heart Association at donatenow.
