Obituary for Robert Lynch Sr. Robert N. Lynch, Sr., 87, of Oliver Township, passed away at 5:36 p.m. on Monday June 25, 2018 at William Penn Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. Born April 4, 1931 in Lewistown, he was the son of the late Robert and Jennetta (Niemond) Lynch. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Rev.

Ronald Lynch, and John Lynch. Robert will be remembered and missed by his children, Robert Lynch, Jr. and wife Deborah of Petersburg, Michael Lynch and companion Patty of Burnham, Scott Lynch of Alfarata, Tawny Kilmer of Nook, Brett Lynch and wife Deborah, Douglas Lynch and wife Jennifer of Lewistown, Roger Lynch of Oliver Township and Roland Schick of Innsbruck, Austria; Siblings, Marsha Mock, Sharon Fike, and Marilyn Lynch all of Lewistown, 19 Grandchildren, 28 Great-Grandchildren, and his loving companion Rosemary Ciecierski of 37 years. Robert was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

Robert was employed at Marlette Homes for 37 years, and was the owner of R.N. Lynch & Sons Marine. He was a member of The Brooklyn Hose Company Drum and Bugle Corps and a member of the Granville Fire Company. In his free time, Robert loved hunting and fishing and he enjoyed yard sales and flea markets.

He was a member of the St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 2, 2018 at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, 21 S. Main Street, Lewistown with Father John Harwood officiating. There will be a time of visitation with the family from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.

Funeral arrangements are under the care of the Barr Funeral Home and Crematory, 120 Logan Street, Lewistown.
