MILLMONT – Robert W. Goss, Sr., of 840 Orchard Rd. , since 1968, entered into rest at 3:00 p.m., Monday, June 4, 2018, at Rolling Hills Manor, Millmont, where he had been a resident since 2014. He was born August 24, 1937, in McClure, a son of the late Austin and Edith (Snyder) Goss.

In July 1965, he married Mary E. Pick, who preceded him in death February 23, 2016. Robert attended Mifflinburg High School. He served in the Army from March 1960 until his honorable discharge December 1960.

Robert was employed at Pennsylvania House, Lewisburg, for many years until 1974. He owned and operated B&B Kawasaki, Millmont, from 1974 until he retired in 2002. He loved drag racing his Hemi-Honker all over the east coast, fishing, hunting, and going to his cabin.

Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Robert W., Jr. and Claudia Goss of Millmont; one daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Jeffrey Boyer of Middleburg; 4 grandchildren, Kirk, Kyle, Mandy, and Jason; and 3 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, Kenneth Goss and one stillborn brother. Funeral services will be conducted privately at the convenience of the family.

Funeral arrangements are by Roupp Funeral Home, Inc., 8594 Old Turnpike Rd. , Mifflinburg.
