Mr. Roddy Lee. Whiting, was called to rest on January 14, 2019. Roddy was born on September 17, 1960 in Richmond Virginia and resided in Newport News, Virginia for the rest of his life.

He was preceded in death by his mother Jane Whiting and Stepdad Leroy Perry. He leaves to cherish his memory a daughter Kashunda Mitchell and four grandchildren, Kamari, Honesty, Emoni & Eric Jr. A sister Yolanda Jackson, three brothers Joseph Killerbrew (Tonya), Tracy (Josie) and Corey (Joanetta) all of Newport News, Virginia and a host of other family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday January 23, 2019.
