Obituary of Roger George, Sr. Roger Gene George, Sr. Age 83, passed away, suddenly, on Friday, April 27, 2018, at Morris Hospital and Healthcare Centers. Born on January 26, 1935 in LeRoy, Minnesota he was the son of the late J. Virgil George and Martha Elenora (nee Christianson) George. Roger retired from Caterpillar in 1998, with 30 plus years of service, and enjoyed making belt buckles.

Survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Carol Jean (nee Benson); children, Alan George, Leann Kruft, Roger George, Jr., Julia George and Scott George; step children, Jim (Nancy) Love, Ken ( Charmaine) Love, and Dwayne (Susan) Love; grandfather and great grandfather of many; and one brother, Bruce George. Several nieces and nephews also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Danette Culbertson; his twin brother, Dale George; brother, Rex George; and his sister, Ruth Belick.
