Obituary for Roger I. Thomas Roger I. Thomas, 52, of Indianapolis, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2018. He was born to Irvin and Rosemary (Dudziak) Thomas on February 11, 1966 in Indianapolis. He graduated from Ben Davis High School in 1984 and went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree from IUPUI and his Masters Degree from Walden University.

He married Juli (Albaugh) on June 17, 1995. Roger is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Juli Thomas of Indianapolis; three loving children, Zach, Karli and Cassidy Thomas; loving parents, Irvin and Rosemary Thomas; and a loving sister, Marcy Gaston. Roger was a Teacher and Basketball Coach for Mooresville High School, Roncalli High School and Irvington Preparatory Academy.

He was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Avon. Roger had a big heart and was always the guy that helped everyone else. He loved spending time with his family.

His family looked forward to his infectious joy during family gatherings. He lived in Indianapolis all of his life. Family and friends may show their love and support from 2-6 p.m. on Sunday, December 9th and 10-11 a.m. on Monday, December 10th at Jones Crossing Banquet Center, next door to Jones Family Mortuary, in Mooresville.

Pastor Joshua Burkholder will officiate Roger’s celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Monday, December 10th at Jones Crossing Banquet Center.
