OBITUARY Ronald Coleman Hughes December 14, 1938 – July 14, 2018 Funeral Service for Ronald Coleman Hughes, 79, of Eastaboga will be held at 2pm on Tuesday, July 17th, 2018 at Gray Brown-Service Mortuary. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service.

Mr. Hughes is survived by his grandchildren Casey Lee Bruce,Catie Nicole Bruce, and Christopher Boozer; brother Ralph Hughes (Mary) and sister Kay Hughes; and daughter-in-law Linda Hughes. Mr. Hughes is preceded in death by his wife of over 50 years, Reba Hughes; sons Ronald Coleman Hughes, Jr. and Gregory Lee Hughes; and his parents William Coleman Hughes and Lita Florence Williamson Hughes. Ronald was an artist who loved painting and writing poetry.

He was a jack-of-all-trades and also enjoyed spending his free time fishing and metal-detecting. He loved his wife Reba with all of his heart. He worked his whole life to take care of his family.

He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and will be greatly missed.
