She was born Nov. 3, 1923 in Chambersville, PA. Rosalie is the dear mother of Robert Jr., Pamela (Donnie) Cave, Rebecca (Harry) Grasser; grandmother of 5; great grandmother of 10; sister of Chuck (Mary) Russella, Frank Russella, Carmella Donahue and Mary Toscano.
