17, 2018, at Altercare of Mentor. Born Dec. 9, 1954, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for more than 20 years.

He was a member of Laborer’s Union Local 310. Philip was the beloved husband of 22 years to Carol A. (nee Longwith) Spensiero; and brother of Stefan Spensiero. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Julia A. (nee Molnar) Spensiero.
