Rose Frances (nee Dalessio) Esposito December 10, 1938 – February 07, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Sympathy Card Flemington, NJ- Rose Frances (nee Dalessio) Esposito, 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at Hunterdon Medical Center in Flemington, NJ. She is the wife of Tony Esposito, with whom she shared fifty-eight years of marriage. Rose was born on December 10, 1938, in Jersey City, New Jersey, and was the daughter of the late John and Nardina ‘Nettie’ (nee Vaccaro) Dalessio.

She resided in Jersey City, NJ prior to settling in Flemington, NJ in 1994. Rose used her passion and love for cooking to serve school lunch at Bradley Gardens Elementary School in Bridgewater, NJ. Her husband is a familiar face as the greeter at BJ’s in Flemington.

Besides her parents, Rose is preceded in death by her loving brothers, James ‘Jimmy’ Dalessio and John Dalessio Jr. In addition to her devoted husband, Rose is survived by her loving daughter, Toni Lynn Burke and her husband, Patrick M. Burke of Branchburg, NJ; her loving son, John A. Esposito of Fort Lauderdale, FL; and three cherished grandchildren, Krystina R. Payne and her husband Stephen, Cara M. Burke, and Patrick A. Burke. She is also survived by her loving Aunt Frances Dalessio Kahle and her beloved sister-in-law, Joan Dalessio, loving niece Debra Dalessio as well as numerous loving nieces, nephews, and close family and friends. Rose cherished her grandchildren and was very involved in their lives and she was always there with her love and support.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Countryside Funeral Home, 724 Route 202 North, Three Bridges, NJ 08887on Sunday, February 10 from 2-6 p.m. and on Monday, February 11 from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in memory of Rose on Monday, February 11 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Magdalen de Pazzi Roman Catholic Church, 105 Mine St., Flemington, NJ 08822 with Fr. Walter presiding. Memorial contributions may be made in Rose’s name to the Hair to Share Foundation, 1802 Highway 31 North, #L04, Clinton, NJ 08809 (www.
