Rose Marie Morrison (nee Balogh), age 92, at rest on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home. Rose was born on February 6, 1926 in Joliet, IL. Rose is survived by her children, John (Linda) Morrison, Judy Deavers and Marion (Steve) Pasternak; grandchildren, Sean (Danell) Morrison, Jennifer Deavers, Angela Morrison, Stephanie (Fiancé Joel) Hughes and John (Fiancé Ryann) Hughes; step-grandchildren, Joe (Angela) Pasternak, Jeny (Martin) McCormick, Amy (Kane) Howell and Mike Pasternak; great-grandchildren, Anna and A.J. Morrison, Annie Correale and Jimmy Smithy; step-great-grandchildren, Luella and Elliot Pasternak, Holly and Martin McCormick, and Justin, Tyler and Jackson Howell and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by her husband, Gerald F. Morrison; sons, Mike and Wayne Morrison; parents, Frank and Elizabeth Balogh; siblings, Mike Balogh, Ann Dudek, Marge Peterzak, Doris Chamberlin, Audrey Balogh and Nancy Viano. Donations in Rose’s name to Sunny Hill Nursing Home or Joliet Area Community Hospice would be appreciated. Services for Rose were held privately and burial took place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

Per Rose’s wishes, Cremation rites have been accorded.
