Rosella A. Loucks Hill, 77 of Scottdale, died Monday morning, October 15, 2018 in Redstone Highlands, Greensburg surrounded by her family. She was born January 21, 1947 in Hunker the daughter of the late Walter A. Sr. and Violet Higgins Loucks. Rosella was a member of Everson Senior Citizens Organization and loved all creatures big and small.

In her spare time, she loved to play bingo. Rosella is gone from our lives, but will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Her Eight loving and devoted children: Wayne L. Hill and Roxanne of Connellsville Mary Abshire of Indiana Darlene L. Ames and husband Rick of Greensboro, N.C. Patricia A. Timms of Jeannette Jody L. Hill of Elko, NV.

Judy L. Hill and Bobby Butler of Scottdale Lisa J. Robertucci and husband Chris of Scottdale Betty Lou Patton and husband Michael of Scottdale Her Twenty Grandchildren and Twenty Great Grandchildren Her Brother: Walter A. Loucks, Jr. of Pittsburgh In addition to her parents, Rosella was preceded in death by: Four Children: Deborah Lee Hill, Daniel Clayton Hill, Clayton Daniel Hill and Daniel Eric Hill all in infancy. Her Grandson: Robert Alan Butler (June 1990) Half Brother: David Loucks Rosella’s family will greet friends in the Frank Kapr Funeral Home, Inc. 417 Pittsburgh St. Scottdale Thursday from 2 -4PM & 7PM – 8:30PM, at which time her Funeral Service will begin with Rev. Cheryl Barron, Officiating.

Interment in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery will take place at the convenience of the family. Due to circumstances beyond our control, the Funeral Home will be closed between viewing hours.
