Roxanne Burkum, age 64, a resident of Three Lakes, WI, formerly of Rolling Meadows, IL, Elk Grove Village, IL and Arlington Heights, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Monday August 13, 2018 at the Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI. Roxanne was born on October 5, 1953 to Bud and Marva Kuhl. She worked at Margie Korshak P.R. Firm in Chicago, IL, the WRJO Radio Station in Eagle River, WI and also at Camp Luther in Three Lakes, WI.

She is survived by her sister: Carol (Jerry) Besenhofer of Elk Grove Village, IL, niece: Jennifer (Michael) Stachura of Elk Grove Village, IL; loving cousins; and many friends. She was the dog-mom to Rosie and Allie.

A memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday October 27, 2018 at St Theresa Catholic Church in Three Lakes, WI. Memorials to the Vilas Co. Humane Society, the Diabetes Association or the American Kidney Fund are appreciated by the family.
