He was 63 years old. Roy was born on June 21, 1955 in Kennedy, Texas to Roy T. Rogers and Frances Lee Vickery.

He proudly served our country as an Army Veteran, owned L+L Carb, and also was a passionate drag racer. He is preceded in death by his mother Frances Vickery, his father Roy Tom Rogers, his sister Joann Key. He is survived by his sons Neal(Tiffany) Rogers and Tom(Laura) Rogers.

His brother Thomas Rogers, his sisters Diane Herndon and Annette(Rick) Rister, his niece Lori(Stephan) Meissner, and many grandchildren and friends left behind. Inurnment will be on December 14 at 10am at the Coastal Bend State Veterans Cemetery.
