He was born October 13, 1967 in Hayward, CA to Roy Elliott Hall Sr and Vera Windham Hall. Shorty worked most of his life as a diesel mechanic and commercial truck driver until ill health forced his retirement.

He loved Alabama Football and it’s rich traditions and enjoyed sharing that love with family and friends. Grilling, fishing and cooking out with family and friends was what he really enjoyed. He was preceded in death by father, Roy Elliott Hall Sr

He is survived by his wife of 22 years Tammy Hall of Lockhart, mother, Vera Windham Hall of Lockhart, sons, Roy Hall III of Lockhart and stepson, James Devin Couey of Opp, daughters, Crystal Domini and husband Forrest of Laurel Hill and stepdaughter, Tamlyn Agan of Greenville, sisters, Connie Elmore and husband Doug of Florala and Charlotte Wyatt and husband Tony of Onyca and 10 grandchildren. He relished being their “Paw Paw”. He is also survived by an abundance of extended love ones including numerous nieces and nephews.
