Obituary for Ruth M. Casper Ruth M Casper, long-time Vallejo resident and active member of the community, died quietly at home on April 11th after a long illness, surrounded by her family. Ruth, originally from Bangor, ME, has lived in Vallejo for 58 years. Ruth is survived by her children, Susan Casper of Vallejo, Kenneth K Casper Jr. (Stephanie) of Benicia; Grandchildren Emily Casper and Molly Casper of Benicia; Sister Jacqueline Lang of Colorado Springs, CO, Many nieces and nephews.

Ruth’s husband Kenneth (Kay) Casper Sr. pre-deceased Ruth in 2001 and her brother Arthur R Ellingwood Jr. pre-deceased her in 2007.
