Obituary for Frank Hannum FRANK HANNUM September 29, 1937 – May 3, 2018 Frank Hannum, 80, passed away May 3 at Sutter Solano Medical Center in Vallejo surrounded by his family. Frank was born to Robert and Delores Hannum on September 20, 1937 in Long Beach, CA and had lived most of his life in Vallejo. He worked in civil service as a carpenter at Travis Airforce Base for 34 years, retiring in 1995.

He was an avid NASCAR fan and enjoyed watching all sports, especially his grandsons playing football and racing cars. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Roberta Aton, Karen Boswell and Renee Higman; his brother, Bobbie Hannum; and his stepson, Jon Cook. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Nancy; daughter, Kristine Hannum; stepdaughters, Jan McGinnis and Joy Kuntz; sons, Mike and Mark Hannum; stepson, Jay Cook; sister, Lynn Sharbaro; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 1 PM Sunday, June 10 at the Vallejo Moose Lodge, 337 Nebraska St., Vallejo. Interment was private. Arrangements entrusted to the direction and care of Twin Chapels Mortuary, Vallejo (707) 552-6696.
