Ruth J. Ursetta, 92, of Lower Burrell, died Wednesday, May 30, 2018. She was born in Pittsburgh to the late Agnes & Anthony Tysarczyk and was married for 57 years to her late husband, Frank A. Ursetta. Ruth lived in Lower Burrell since 1961 and was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church.

She was the dear mother of Sandra (John) Senich , Francine (Mark) Morrison and the late Matthew; loving grandmother to Matthew Morrison. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Florence Barger; sister-in-law, Margaret Nerone; brothers-in-law, William Barger and Joseph Ursetta; also survived by nephews, William T. Barger, Hank Nerone, Richard Nerone, Mark Ursetta, and Christopher Ursetta; nieces, Susan King and Deborah Nerone. Ruth was a Red Cross Volunteer at Bel Air Nursing Home in Lower Burrell for over 28 years.

The family wishes to thank the staff of Three Rivers Hospice & Overlook Green Assisted Living for the loving care that was provided during Ruth’s stay at Overlook Green. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, in the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, 2877 Leechburg Rd. , Lower Burrell, PA 15068, (724-335-6500).

Prayers of transfer will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. Saturday, followed by Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Mary Church at 11:30 a.m. Burial to follow in Greenwood Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made in Ruth’s honor to the Disabled American Veterans PO Box 14301, Cincinnati, Ohio 45250-0301.
