Ellen L. Vermeulen of Apollo, 73 years of age, on Tuesday July 17, 2018. Beloved wife of the late Robert D. Vermeulen. Loving mother of Robert (Lynn) Vermeulen of Apollo, Gail (Dan Slahtovsky) Vermeulen of Upper Burrell, & Barbara (Chuckie) Sanders of Lower Burrell.

Dear Grandmother of Alyssa,Ashley, Robert, Joe, and Laci. Sister of Judy (Tim) Degnan of New Kensington. Also preceeded by her parents, Edward and Fannie Wilson, Sisters: Betty Wolfe, Trish Milford, Lilly Eggloff, and brothers: Bill Wilson, Harry Wilson, Jim Wilson, George Wilson, and Keith Wilson.

Ellen loved spending time with her grandchildren , and she also loved playing bingo and poker with her family. Honoring her wishes the service and burial will be private. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Frank F. Gigler Funeral Home, Inc, Robert P. Karish, Supervisor.
