Obituary for Rutha Vee Howard GRAND PRAIRIE – Ruth Howard joined her loved ones in heaven on Thursday, July 5, 2018. Ruth was born on Sept. 27, 1939, in Warren, Texas to Joseph and Ethel Sales.

She retired from the City of Fort Worth after serving several years as City Secretary. Ruth was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Casey McInnis; and sisters, Winnie Shaw, Irene Fry and Nancy Crutcher. Survivors: Her memory is left to be cherished by her siblings, Jane Edwards and husband, Lavon, Joe Sales and wife, Barbara, Peggy Hornig and husband, Gunther and Josephine Brezina; and many nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
