Obituary for Ruthann W. Safford Ruthann W. Safford, Passed away on Sept 6th, at home in Salt Lake City. She was born on Aug 8th, 1950 in Salt Lake City to LaMarr and Ruth T. Williams. She married David L. Safford,they were married on March 3, 1978.

She graduated from Granger High School and attend Dixie University. She was an accomplished artist and dedicated to her craft. She worked for Capital Ceramics for 40+ years.

She was a dedicated wife, sister, mother, and grandmother. She always made sure her family was cared for. She is survived by her husband David L. Safford her sister Kathy(Peewee) Dell.

Her son Ryan(Whitney) Safford her daughter Shelby Safford and her grandkids Davontae, Grayson, and Sawyer. She is preceded in death by her mother and father and her mother-in-law. Her two oldest brothers Robert “Bob” Williams and Richard “Rick” Williams.

To her wishes for no one to fuss over her, no services will be held we just ask for you to remember her as she was. We wish to thank U of U hospital, Highland Care Center, and Valeo Home Health and Hospice for the care that was provided to her. Please share memories and condolences at www.
