OBITUARY Ruthie Alice Mercer July 4, 1915 – November 9, 2018 Ruthie B. Mercer, 103 of Louisville, passed away Friday, November 9, 2018. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy S. Mercer, her son, Dr. Charles B. Mercer, 11 brothers and sisters, including her twin, Ruby Hack. Ruthie was a member of Cooper Chapel Methodist Church.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Henry Mercer (Mary Lou) & Joy Keifer (George); grandchildren, Steven Mercer, Stephanie Mercer Dollinger, Mark Mercer, Cynthia Mercer Metcalf, Susan Mercer Walton, Lydia Kiefer Remley, & Mathew Kiefer; 11 great-grandchildren & 3 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday November 14, 2018 from 5-7pm at Arch L. Heady & Son Funeral Home, 8519 Preston Hwy, with a funeral service at 7pm Wednesday evening in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be Thursday November 15, 2018 11am at Mt.

Vernon Cumberland Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Grayson County, KY.
