Sally T. Votaw, age 90, of Millersburg and formerly of Berea, Ohio passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at Majora Lane Care Center in Millersburg. Memorial services will be at St. Adalbert, 66 Adalbert St., Berea Ohio, 10 am, Saturday Nov. 17th ,with a gathering at Polish Village, 365 Berea St., Berea, Ohio immediately afterwards.

Sally was born May 5, 1928 and Youngstown, Ohio and was the daughter of Norman Joseph and Blanche (VanCise) Bowden. She married Don Votaw and he preceded her in death. Sally worked at Higbee’s in Cleveland.

She was Catholic by faith. Sally enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles. She is survived by three children, Michael Dennis (Connie) Votaw of Berlin, Ohio, Sue Theresa (Jerry) Martin of Florida and Jeff Daniel Votaw of Lakewood, Ohio; nine grandchildren, Celeste, Chris, Sarah, Michael, Emily, Joe, Natalie, Kyle and Sean; and six great-grandchildren, Kayden, Amelia, William, Anthony, Madelyne and Amelia.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; siblings, Nancy, Terry and Russell; and a son, Robert Brian Votaw.
