Samuel’s Obituary Funeral services for Samuel Francis Piazza will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 in the chapel of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. Arrangements under the direction of Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie. Mr. Piazza, age 63 of Dupont, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at his residence.

He is preceded in death by his father, Raymond Piazza, Sr.; and a sister, Frances Marie Armand. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Cheryl Kidder Piazza of Dupont; his children, Jennifer Piazza of Dupont and Samuel Piazza of Dupont; his brothers, Raymond Piazza, Jr. of Marksville, Ronald Lee Piazza of Marksville, David Piazza of Simmesport and Jake Piazza of Dupont; his sisters, Patricia Dauzat of Centeroint, Flora Ann Vayda of Lucedale, MS and Nellie Saffell of OK; his mother, Adeline Piazza of Dupont; and his grandchildren, Samuel Cain Piazza, Gabriel Anthony Piazza and Antonio Diego Piazza. Friends may visit from 3:00 p.m. until time of service at 7:00 p.m. at Hixson-Ducote Funeral Home of Bunkie.
