Sandra D. “Sandy” McStay, 62, of Williamsport, died Monday, March 12, 2019, at UPMC Susquehanna Williamsport. Surviving is her husband, Lester R. McStay. Born Oct.

25, 1956, in Williamsport, she was a daughter of the late Jack C., Sr. and Rebecca A. (Betson) Lovell. Sandy enjoyed flower gardening and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving in addition to her husband are her three children, Eve Ellen Brown, of Williamsport, Lucinda R. Brown, of Avis, and James L. McStay (April), of Williamsport; three step-children, John McStay, of Williamsport, Jason McStay, of Camp Hill, and Theresa Kauffman (Dale III), of Etters; 12 grandchildren and a grandson, Tylor Brown; and five siblings, David Lovell I, of South Williamsport; Judy Manley, Jack Lovell (Kathy), Ellen Baker and Frank Lovell Sr. (Sherry), all of Williamsport.
