Falkville Sandra Swearingen-Hurd, 57, of Falkville, died on Monday, April 30, 2018 at her residence. She was born December 9, 1960, in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania, to Paul Grant Wertz and Carole Ann Gass Wertz. She was a Small Business Owner and was a member of Life Church of Hartselle.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She was preceded in death by her parents. Family will hold a Memorial Service at a later date.

Survivors include : her Husband: John F. Hurd One Daughter: Brandi Carole Cush Three Step-Sons: Jonathan Hurd, Joshua Hurd and Jared Hurd Two Brothers: Jeffery George Wertz and Robert Paul Wertz (Gloria) Two Sisters: Deborah A.
