Sara E. Gajewski Age 23, passed away Sunday September 23, 2018 at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center. Survived by her loving parents Stanley and Kathleen Gajewski; one brother Joe Gajewski; one sister Lynn (Dustin Ritz) Gajewski; cherished niece Emma Ritz. Numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends along with her fur babies Lilly, Kilo and Charlie also survive.

Preceded in death by her grandparents.
