Sarah Meizhi Elizabeth Petty, age 14, passed away at her home on November 11, 2018. She is survived by her parents Richard and Erin (Lisowski) Petty, one sister Vivian Kiomi Petty; grandma Kathleen Stephens; great-grandma Claire Kremer; one aunt Dana Slocum; one uncle Gary (Jill) Petty; two great-aunts Linda (Bob) Baran and JoAnn Lisowski; one great-uncle Mark Stephens and numerous cousins. She was preceded in death by her grandma Janet Petty-Wallace and her grandpas Willard Petty and Roger Lisowski; one aunt Sharon Petty-Foist; one uncle Brian Lisowski; one great-uncle Larry (Judy-surviving) Lisowski and great-grandparents Edward and Lillian Lisowski.

Sarah was a student at Timber Ridge Middle School where she was a high honor roll student, involved in cross country and a member of drama club. She was an avid reader and loved animals. Sarah was a gymnast at both Dynamos II Tumbling and Aspire Gymnastics.

She will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A celebration of Sarah’s life will be held on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 7:30 p.m. at the Blackburn-Giegerich-Sonntag Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Donations to the family would be deeply appreciated.
