Obituary for Elizabeth Louise Milota Elizabeth Louise “Betty” Milota May 2, 1933 – July 24, 2018 Elizabeth Louise (Betty) Milota, nee Smith, age 85, Leo’s beloved wife of 61 years, is now singing with the angels. She was born on May 2, 1933 in Freeport, IL where she grew up with her five sisters. Betty is survived by her devoted husband, Leo Milota; her loving children, Mary Stec, Stephen (Nancy) Milota, Catherine Karenas and Fr.

Thomas Milota; her cherished grandchildren, Jacklyn, Samantha and Robert Milota; Olivia and Benjamin Karenas. Betty devoted herself to her family and her Lord. She loved to sing and shared her beautiful voice in church choirs from the time she was a young girl.

Visitation will be August 3, 2018 from 3 pm to 8 pm at Beidelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington Street, Naperville, IL. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated August 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Saints Peter and Paul, 36 N. Ellsworth, Naperville, IL. Interment will take place immediately following the funeral at Assumption Cemetery in Wheaton.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Catholic Charities, 16555 Weber Road, Crest Hill, IL, 60403. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the Carlson-Holmquist-Sayles Funeral Home of Joliet.
