Obituary for Scott A. May Scott A. May, age 55, of Troy, Illinois died at 1:29 p.m. Thursday, October 25, 2018, at his home. Scott was owner of S&R Environmental Testing in Troy, Illinois. He was born February 13, 1963, at Alton, Illinois the son of Carol (Overby) Korte of Edwardsville and the late Calvin May, Jr

He married Robin Wilkins on November 19, 1994, at Las Vegas, Nevada. Besides his wife Robin & mother Carol he is survived by 1 brother, Calvin J. May, III & wife Jo Ann of Glen Carbon; 1 brother-in-law, Daniel Wilkins & wife Jessica of St. Jacob; Mother & Father-in-law, Sam & Georgia Wilkins of St. Jacob; and 2 nephews, Devin & Dax Wilkins of St. Jacob. He was a member of Laborer’s Union Local 110 of St. Louis.

Scott was an avid NASCAR enthusiast and photographer. Scott enjoyed spending time with his dog, Boss. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 12 noon Monday, October 29, 2018 at Frieden’s United Church of Christ, 207 Center Street in Troy, Illinois.

Services will follow at 12 noon at Frieden’s Church with Rev. Douglas J. Seagle officiating. Scott will be cremated following services.
