Scott Ruch, age 63, joined his wife of 42 years in heaven on April 19th, 2018. Scott was born January 24th 1955 to Eleanor and Robert Ruch. The most important thing to Scott was his family.

He especially loved his grandchildren. To Scott it did not matter who you were, or even if he had just met you, you were his friend as well. Scott is survived by his children Scott (Michael) Pozniak, Bradley (John Ward) Ruch, Kevin (Anna) Ruch, Robert (Jammie) Ruch, Todd (Nicole “Lily”) Ruch, Stacy Ruch,… Read More » and Samantha Ruch.

In addition to his children he has 20 grandchildren. Besides his large immediate family he is survived by his siblings Pam (Albert) Schneider, Robert (Cindy) Ruch, Tom (Agneta Wilberg) Ruch, and Mark (Sue) Ruch, as well as many nieces and nephews. Scott is preceded in death by his parents and his wife.

Visitation will be held at from 2-8pm on Monday April 30th, 2018 at Walter Funeral Home located at 4653 Glendale Avenue, Toledo, Ohio 43614. There will be a remembrance service at the direction of Tom Ruch starting at 7pm. The family would like to thank everyone in the CICU at Toledo Hospital and The Ebeid Hospice Center.
