Shannon Nadean Barr Carter, 58, of Timmonsville, SC passed away on Sunday, March 10, 2019. Mrs. Carter was born in Florence, SC a daughter of Nadean Oliver Barr and the late William E. Barr. She was a member of South Florence Baptist Church.

Her main priority was to be there for her family, being a good wife, mother, and grandmother. Surviving are her husband, Randy Lee Carter, Sr. of Timmonsville; son, Randy Lee Carter, Jr. of Darlington; daughter, Amanda Carter Goist of Myrtle Beach; grandchildren, Zachary Ferber, Luke Truett, Logan Carter, and Kullyn Carter; mother of Timmonsville; brother, William “Buddy” Barr of Timmonsville, and sister, Karen Barr of Timmonsville. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at Unity Christian Fellowship Church Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
