“Blessed assurance, Jesus is mine oh, what a foretaste of glory divine air of salvation purchase of God born of his spirit, washed in his blood” Our beloved, Sharon Denise Wiggins, age 53 of 906 Second Street, Elizabeth City, NC, transitioned from this earthly life on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Sentara Heart Hospital, Norfolk, VA. Her life will be celebrated on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the Melton Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Winfall, NC with Rev. Alvin J. Boone, Sr., officiating.

Her place of rest will be in the New Oak Grove Cemetery, Elizabeth City, NC. A viewing will take place at the funeral home on Friday, from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Final Care and Compassionate Services being provided to the Wiggins and connected families by Mitchell Funeral Care and Cremations.
