Sheila “Suzie”‘s Obituary Sheila “Suzie” McFann, 60, of Wheelersburg, Ohio passed away Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Crystal Care of Portsmouth. Suzie was born in Lawrence County, Ohio on November 18, 1958. She was also preceded in death by her special aunt and uncle Gail “Charlene” (Besco) and Ralph E. Large, who raised her.
