Sherie A. Bockus Age 80, of Canton, passed away Friday May 4, 2018. She was born Nov. 18, 1937 in Canton, a daughter of the late Helen (Brothers) Bockus, was raised in East Sparta, and resided in Canton most of her life.

Sherie was a 1955 graduate of Sandy Valley High School. She worked for Bair’s Inc. for 38 years as a salesperson, and then for Frank’s Produce from August of 1995 until retiring. She was a member of East Sparta United Methodist Church.

Sherie is survived by cousins. A graveside service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in East Sparta Cemetery with Pastor Peggy Garner officiating. There will be no calling hours.
