Obituary for Sherry R. Cox-Nutter Sherry R. Cox-Nutter, 49, of Bristol, TN passed away Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at her home. She was born in Bristol, TN on April 27, 1969. She was preceded in death by her father, Floyd Randall Cox and loving cousin who was like a sister, Beth Cowan.

She was a member of Euclid Avenue Baptist Church and had worked for Sears for 19 years as their loss prevention manager. She loved crafting and was an exceptional artist. Sherry is survived by her daughter, Hannah Rebecca Cox and special friend, Austin Cunningham; beloved Chihuahua, Itty Bitty; mother, Becky Hammer; sister, Tracy Trigg and husband Sam; niece, Elizabeth Grace Trigg; nephew, Samuel Carter Trigg; uncles, Glenn Cowan and Norman Cowan and wife Shirley; and cousins, Christy Napier and husband Terry and their daughter, Rebekah Napier and Aleshia Murray and husband Matt.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be sent to Hannah Rebecca Cox, 2449 Windsor Avenue, Bristol, TN 37620. To send flowers or a memorial gift to the family of Sherry R. Cox-Nutter please visit our Sympathy Store.
