Obituary for Paul Barry Meade Paul Barry Meade, 71, of Bristol, VA passed away Monday, July 23, 2018, after a long illness. He was born in Bristol, VA on May 6, 1947, a son of the late Paul Edward Meade and Bernice Jessee Meade. He was a 1984 graduate of the University of Tennessee.

Paul is survived by his sister, Joan Berra Groce, husband John, and nephew Alex of Greenville, SC. He is also survived by aunt, Peggy Haddon and family of Williamsburg, Ohio; uncle, Clarence Jessee and family of Williamsburg, Ohio; uncle, Charles Meade and family of Bristol, TN; aunt, Betty Meade and family of Lebanon, VA; and step-brother, Ronnie Mullins and family of Bristol, VA. A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date at Mountain View Cemetery.
