Obituary for Billy “Bo” Carter Billy “Bo” Carter, 49, of Bristol, VA passed away Sunday, September 9, 2018 at Johnson City Medical Center. He was born in Bristol, TN on September 9, 1969. He was of the Baptist faith and worked for Bill Booher Flooring.

His hobbies included woodworking, he enjoyed baseball, and was a fan of the Atlanta Braves. Bo is survived by his parents, Billy Lynn and Alpha Earnestine Carter; sister, Tammy Walling and husband Donald; aunt, Margaret Blevins and husband Sylvester; special cousins; and best friend, Lee Freeman. The family would like to express a special thank you to nurses Brenda and Chrystal and to his therapists for all the love and care shown to Bo during his illness.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, Bristol, VA. Friends may also call at the residence of Billy Carter, 618 Portsmith Ave. , Bristol, VA anytime.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 13, 2018 at Highpoint Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Bristol, VA with Pastor Scott Price and Pastor Robert Lang officiating.
