Obituary for Deanna “Okie” Leonard Chapman Deanna “Okie” Leonard Chapman, 56, of Bristol, Virginia passed away after a brief battle with cancer on Monday, September 3, 2018 in Johnston Memorial Hospital, Abingdon, Virginia. She was born in Bristol, TN on March 1, 1962, the daughter of the late Billy Rex Leonard, Sr.and Frances Louise Leonard. She was a resident of Bristol all of her life.

She was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with family and especially her grandkids. Deanna was formerly employed by DBI Services of Bristol.

Deanna is survived by two daughters, Stephanie Holt and Jennifer Holt, both of Bristol, VA; six grandchildren, Emily Chapman, Andrew Collins, Deanna Holt, Zoey Holt, Ryan Holt, and Joshua Holt; life long friend, Marvin Cook; two brothers, Rex Leonard, Jr. and wife Linda and Jimmy Arnold; special friend, Linda Faye Cook; one niece, Melinda Leonard; one nephew, Rex Aron Leonard; and special co-workers and friends. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 pm. , Thursday, September 6, 2018 at the Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, 487 Can’t Hook Hill Road, Bristol, TN 37620.

The Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m, Thursday, September 6, 2018, at the Church with Rev. Jack Bowery and Rev. Tony Deel officiating.
